How to Request a Donation for Your Project

*Please note that requests for donations must be for gardening-related project*

Please submit a written request that includes the following:
   -Brief description of your group/organization including its goals or mission
   -Specific need for the donation
   -Description of the proposed use for the donation
   -Amount of money requested
   -Supporting data for the proposed project, if appropriate. This could include such things as pictures or drawings, sketches or blueprints, detailed plant information, timeline for the donation request, etc.
Approval of the request is solely at the discretion of the PGC Executive Board.  Additional information may be requested.
